In Creative Reflections you’ll experiment with arts-based approaches to enrich your reflective practice.
It doesn’t matter whether you already have a reflective or creative practice, which you want to deepen or whether this is something new to explore.
There’s no need to have any experience with artmaking, specific techniques or materials.
This program is a place to start and cultivate your reflective practice and get intentional about using creative expression and inquiry to learn more about yourself.
Creative Reflections is designed to experiment with arts-based processes that fit into your life, regardless of whether you already have a creative practice, which art materials you may have or whether you work from your kitchen table or have a studio space.
“When the arts become a regular practice - the way you might improve nutrition, increase exercise, and prioritize sleep - you unleash an innate tool that helps you navigate the peaks and valleys of your inner life.”

In-between the live sessions, you’ll receive video prompts via email to support you in your self-paced practice. These are designed to help you deepen the practice and it’s ok that the time you’ll be able to dedicate to each will ebb and flow, just like life does. Usually, I recommend to plan an hour each week to experiment with your reflective practice and find out what works best for you.
You can of course email me with any questions you may have around an invitation or your self-paced practice as we go through this program.
Please note that live sessions won’t be recorded. I’ve taken great care to work through the time conversion for each session, but please make sure to check the times (and dates) and their feasibility for you in your time zone.
Creative Reflections is for you if…
You yearn for a reflective practice but haven’t yet found one that really fits into your life and is easy to sustain.
You might journal regularly-ish, but wonder how you could take your reflection to the next level.
You have a limitless curiosity for inner growth and might describe yourself as a deep thinker.
You enjoy self-paced practice in your own time as well as shared learning in a small group (max 6 people).
You are entering a period of change or transition, whether by choice or circumstance, and want to build a reflective toolkit to help you navigate this liminal space.
You come up against recurring patterns, in your relationships, emotions or behaviours, and would like to reshape these into something that serves you in the here and now.
You are in your middle years and ready for renewal and attending more to your own needs.
Your work is an important part of your life; you seek a safe and caring space to stay connected to your purpose and inspiration to keep your work meaningful.
Your life is full and your time for reflective moments tends to fall to the bottom of the list – but you know you could show up for yourself with the steady rhythm of a personalised practice and a small community.
You live a lot in your head and can get stuck in old stories and limiting thoughts – you wonder whether an intentional reflective practice would help you explore other ways of showing up in your life.
You are curious about creative processes and how a practice of making can support you.
I invite and encourage creative processes in all my reflective practice groups.
Creative Reflections is focused on arts-based processes. This can take many forms and requires no experience with specific materials or artmaking techniques. Just bring your curiosity and willingness to experiment!
Creative Reflections is less suitable for you if…
You prefer to follow a prescribed process for reflection.
You are looking for a program that teaches specific techniques to build your artistic or writing skills.
You are not into creating or making at all and have no interest in playing with colour, materials, textures or shapes.
Experiential and hands-on processes aren’t your thing.
The idea of engaging in any self-paced practice and reflective experiments outside the group sessions doesn’t appeal to you.
You’re facing a more acute and significant life challenge/ crisis and don’t feel well-resourced. If you are unsure about this, don’t hesitate to book a free call with me to discuss your situation privately and in confidence to see whether we can ensure that you are appropriately resourced and supported to join this program.
Why I created Creative Reflections
It took me quite some time to develop a reflective practice that truly worked for me. By that I mean:
a practice I actually do and can stick with
a practice that is engaging and supportive
and a practice that gives me clarity, insights and new ways of understanding myself.
I learned that for most of us a one-size-fits-all approach isn’t that helpful. From this, the idea for a series of small group programs emerged, each with the intention to shape and cultivate a reflective practice using different modalities or frameworks.
A practice needs to evolve with you. It needs to offer enough variety to remain interesting and has to be tailored to your day-to-day life to be sustainable. Otherwise, we risk that it turns into yet another thing on our to-do-list or something we beat ourselves up for doing badly.
Therefore, Creative Reflections also focuses on why you seek a reflective practice and helps you explore the rhythm that is right for you.
In this 1-minute video, I share a little how I created my own reflective practice and how it evolves with my needs in a way that's sustainable and sustains me.
About my groups
I keep my groups small and intimate to allow for greater connection and flexibility to respond to the needs and preferences of participants. Each group has max. 6 participants.
All my groups are for adults only (18+).
My groups are introvert-friendly and neurodiversity-affirming. I aim to invite you into processes that can flex and stretch around our unique ways of experiencing the world.
My groups are interactive and collaborative, but sharing is always optional. You won’t unexpectedly find yourself in a breakout room where you feel forced to share or facilitate the discussion.
As this is an online program, you’ll need to bring your own materials. We use arts-based processes, but my groups don’t come with a long list of must-have supplies. There’s a lot of choice around using materials you have and modalities that suit your space, needs and preferences.
My groups are not recorded to protect everyone’s privacy as we co-create and share our experiences.
My small groups are a place for generosity, mutual support, and celebration of new insights uncovered in our shared process.
I know that this way of engaging in reflective practice can go deep. You’ll always be able to check in with me outside of our group sessions to discuss what’s coming up for you. In addition, if a group session stirs a need for deeper work, you can engage in 1-on-1 coaching with me (at a reduced fee) alongside your Sensemaking Space group program.
What a regular reflective practice gives you
An opportunity to notice the small details as well as the broader landscape of your life.
A tool to connect with your body and mind, with your thoughts and emotions.
A way to gain clarity and spot patterns over time.
A place to experiment and make progress visible, whether it’s slow and steady or comes in bursts.
A reminder of what you have accomplished.
With these insights, you can create the conditions for meaning, success, change, joy, rest, connection… whatever it is you seek more of.
Our live sessions will cover
In our first session, you will develop a sense of your ideal reflective space through a reflective process based on writing and imagery.
You’ll learn ways to attend to your process as an important source for insight. We live, after all, in an outcome-driven culture and it’s easy to miss the rich insight your process holds.
We’ll explore different creative processes such a collage, combining words and images, or using photography as starting point for our arts-based reflection.
You might experiment with textures, symbols or objects from nature.
We get curious about mark making as a way of finding our own rhythm.
Throughout the program you’re encouraged to conduct creative experiments and begin to fill your reflective Studio Book.
Fee: $400
This includes:
4 x 2-hour live online sessions
A welcome video upon signing up
3 video prompts for self-paced experiments emailed to you in-between our live sessions.
Free access to 3 Monthly Studio Sessions (in Sep, Oct and Nov 2026), each 75 min long.
Further resources to support you – my e-guide on how to get started, my e-guide on found poetry, reading suggestions as they arise through the program.
Please note that I won’t be recording the sessions to honour the intimacy of the practice and ensure each participant feels that their reflections and work remains private and confidential within the group.
During the course of the studio, you have free access to Monthly Studio Sessions where you can lean into the energy of community, mutual inspiration and accountability. We meet online, for 75 minutes, to experiment with our reflective practice.
5% discount on individual coaching sessions should you wish to explore any of your reflections and insights more deeply in 1:1 coaching. These can be booked when the need arises without a commitment to a set number of sessions and the discounted rate is available to you for the duration of the group program.
Payment plans are available. Please email me if you would like to pay in two instalments of $200. The first payment has to be made before the program starts, the second payment is due after session 2.
If you have any questions, please ask them!
If you’d like to give this program to someone as a gift, you can register online with your own details and then email me - I will provide you with a gift voucher and ensure the program details are emailed to the right person after you have presented them with the gift.
