Weaving: Explorative coaching

Weave together different strands of your story, who you are and who you want to become.

How it works

  • 6 x 1:1 coaching, delivered online (Zoom) - 2 x 90min and 4 x 60min sessions

We start with a 90min foundation session to pin down the focus of your coaching.

Then you’ll have 4 x 60min sessions to explore and generate insights.

We end on a 90min consolidation session to summarise what you’ve come to know.

  • Your sessions will typically be scheduled fortnightly or monthly, depending on what works best for you and in our life.

Going through this series in typically 4-6 months strikes a balance between momentum and the chance to apply your insights outside the coaching space and notice changes.

  • Investment: $1150.

Payment plans are available and we can discuss this in your Discovery Call.

Your 6 sessions must be used within 9 months.

This coaching format is right for you if you want to build strong self-leadership and a solid, trusting relationship between you and you.

Over 6 sessions, you can make sense of different parts of you, sticky patterns that show up repeatedly, or how your sense of identity changes as you evolve.

You are curious about different threads in your life and how it’s all connected. Maybe there are some loose ends which you are ready to weave in.

This format is particularly useful if you find yourself in the liminal space of change and transition: a new chapter in life, a new role you’re about to take on, a new place to settle into.

Before you commit, we’ll have a free Discovery Call to discuss your needs and whether this is the best format for your coaching. We can address any questions you may have and you can get a feel for my approach to coaching and whether you’d like to work with me.

“Downstream are untold wellsprings of creativity, calm, communion and healing. They are simply waiting for us to pick up our string and start weaving. We can’t know exactly what the future will look like, but every time we are willing to feel the tactile wooliness of the moment as it moves through our hands, we create a thread that will lead us to our destiny.”
